By browsing this website or signing an engagement letter with Cedar Peak Fintech Review, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work. Specific engagement letters prevail over this page where they conflict on scope, fees, or deliverables.

Services described

Content on this site describes independent audits and related assessments for fintech operators. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter. We do not provide statutory audit opinions, legal advice, or regulatory filings unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, and downloadable materials remain the property of Cedar Peak Fintech Review or its licensors. Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the memorandum and agreed appendices for internal governance, counsel, and diligence purposes. You may not resell our memoranda or present them as your own work product.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely access to agreed evidence, and authority for interviews. Delays in evidence intake may extend timelines. You remain responsible for remediation decisions and for any filings with authorities or counterparties.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Cedar Peak Fintech Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost financing opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including fraud or wilful misconduct).

No guarantees of regulatory outcomes

Licensing readiness reviews and control audits do not guarantee approval by any supervisory authority, bank, or investor. Findings reflect the sample and period examined.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for competing commercial databases. Forms on this site send messages for business inquiries; abusive or unlawful submissions may be discarded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
