Legal bases
We process inquiry data based on your request to take steps prior to a contract, and engagement data to perform a contract. Analytics cookies run only with consent. We may retain certain records to meet legal obligations or establish legal claims.
Retention
Inquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement working papers and memoranda are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing. Analytics data follows the durations in the cookies table.
Sharing
We share personal data with service providers who host email or site infrastructure, with professional advisers when required, and with authorities when legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organizational steps appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data. Engagement files containing customer samples should be masked before transfer whenever practicable.
Your rights
Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the site. To exercise rights, email hello@cloudnoderoute.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.
Security
We apply access controls and need-to-know sharing for engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive customer identifiers through the website form.

We may update this notice as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
